Country Coordinator (CC)

POSITION PURPOSE: The purpose of a WEFTA Country Coordinator (CC) is to coordinate WEFTA's mission, goals, & objectives in specific WEFTA served country. The CC drives WEFTA volunteer activities, country projects, country budget, country fundraising, and country specific partnerships.
LOCATION: Remote, and the countries WEFTA serves.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The CC is responsible for all WEFTA activities carried out in their respective country. Working with WEFTA staff, the CC will coordinate with PMs and FV to ensure effective project evaluation, delivery and follow-through. The CC will also oversee the country fundraising, project/program budgets, reports, and strategic partners.

QUALIFICATIONS: A WEFTA CC should have similar skills as the PM or FV including program management, fundraising and budgeting, and show more dedication to the long-term goals and be invested in the country they serve.

REPORTS TO: ED/BoD volunteer committee
LENGTH OF APPOINTMENT: TBD between WEFTA and Volunteer
TIME COMMITMENT: 5-10 hours a month
SUPPORT PROVIDED: WEFTA's ED, AD, CC, and FV support the PM.
REPORTING AND DELIVERABLES: Quarterly project updates including narrative summaries, budgets, photos.
BENEFITS TO THE VOLUNTEER: CC experience on developing world water/ww projects, CV/resume improvements, ladder position for BoD
